Alexandra Bougher was given the heave-ho after seven years of service. She had raised concerns about the Girls Scouts embracing LGBTQ activism.
She also took issue with the GSA’s decision to introduce gender and sexuality clubs to sixth grade girls without parental notification.
The Gender and Sexuality Alliance hosted an transgender activist – a boy pretending to be a teen girl. He led discussions about sexuality and being transgender with Girl Scout troops. Parents were excluded from the invitation.
Mrs. Bougher and other concerned parents pointed out that there’s no reason to address anything sexual with children – at any time.
The Girls Scouts clearly felt otherwise and ended her longtime leadership position.
Probably for the best – seeing how the Girl Scouts now feature a transgender patch. Lord only knows what the kids have to do to get that patch.
My recommendation – ditch the Girl Scouts and join American Heritage Girls, a Christ-centered scouting organization for girls.
