Parents turned out in massive numbers to sweep liberal school board members out of office across the Sunshine State.
School boards in Miami-Dade, Duval, Sarasota, Martin and Clay counties have all flipped from majority liberal to majority conservative tonight.
Former Associated Press journalist Ted Bridis reports that a “whopping 25 of 30 conservative school board candidates endorsed by @GovRonDeSantis win seats across Florida, only five defeated. Will make easier than ever to reimagine classroom politics in public schools.”

Miami-Dade is now the largest school district in the nation that is controlled by conservatives.
Gov. Ron DeSantis and his team are calling it “The Parents Revolution.”
“This is significant,” Dr. Gina Loudon said on Real America’s Voice. “It is now the largest school district in America with a majority conservative school board. I’m just going to let you ruminate on that for a moment. It’s mind-blowing and exciting.”
The Florida Times-Union gave credit to DeSantis as well as the conservative parents group, “Moms for Liberty.”
The Duval County Republican Party issued a statement celebrating the significant victories.
“These victories officially FLIP the School Board to majority registered Republicans 4-3. More importantly it rejects the WOKE indoctrination, sexualization, and Marxist policies that have been allowed to occur and puts the power back into the hands of PARENTS!” the party wrote in a statement to the newspaper.
“Furthermore, the Republican Party of Duval County expects our Republican majority to GOVERN like Republicans! We must protect our kids,” the statement continued, “defend parental rights and push back against woke indoctrination!”
This is what happens when parents and taxpayers rise up and say, enough. Enough with critical race theory. Enough with the radical sex and gender garbage. Enough with the anti-American propaganda.
