If you need a good laugh you might want to drop by your local taxpayer-funded university. The Academic world continues to meltdown – not able to cope post-Election Day. From the fine reporting of our friends at Campus Reform and The College Fix:
A professor at Ramapo College blamed pro-Trump minorities. He called them “internally colonized, non-white Trump voters” and said they were all dead to him.
Three Oregon State University faculty members attacked Christians and accused them of being nationalist and white supremacists. A Michigan State professor sent an email to her students calling Trump voters “utterly naïve.”
The president of Chicago’s Roosevelt University sent a campus-wide email ripping Trump voters as divisive and romanticizing the past.
President-elect Trump wants to declare war on the wokeness and left-wing indoctrination that as infested many taxpayer-funded classrooms. He also wants to ban lessons on gender identity and critical race theory. He wants to abolish diversity and inclusion offices and he wants to keep boys out of girls locker rooms.
Basically, he wants our education system to return to its original purpose – teaching kids how to read, write, do long-form division.
As I wrote in my newest book, “Twilight’s Last Gleaming: Can America Be Saved?” our public schools have been turned against us. They are teaching our kids to hate our nation. And unless we abolish the Department of Education – we could very well lose our country.
The Left knows all too well that public education is the engine driving this radical change in our culture. Consider this professor from Louisiana State University: He announced to his class that black students don’t feel welcome or comfortable because there were Trump voters in the classroom.
Governor Jeff Landry said the professor’s comments defied more than 76 million Americans who voted for Trump and asked if that’s the kind of behavior they want at taxpayer funded universities like LSU.
It’s a question every taxpayer in the nation should be asking.
