Second Amendment activist Kaitlin Bennett was attacked by an angry mob of leftists at Ohio University on Monday. We have posted videos of the attack below.
“This is what happens when a Trump supporter goes to a college campus,” Bennett wrote on social media. “Leftists at @ohiou (Ohio University) started a riot when @Joelpatrick1776 and I showed up, and the @oupolice (Ohio University Police) let it happen.”
Bennett made national headlines in 2018 when she posted with a firearm for her graduation photos.
Ohio University police released a statement saying no one was injured or arrested. They said social media reports of the attack were overblown.
“Contrary to allegations circulating on social media, the incident did not rise to the level of a riot,” police said in a statement. “She drew a large crowd of people, many with opposing viewpoints, who also chose to exercise their first amendment rights.”
Terrorizing law-abiding citizens and pelting them with garbage is not an exercise in the First Amendment; it’s a mob-action.
Folks, I want you to watch all of the video clips below and you decide whether or not the incident rose to the level of a riot.
This is what happens when a Conservative woman named Kaitlin Bennett goes to Ohio University. This what happens when you send your children off the the majority of colleges in this country. They become a bunch of drooling, pitch fork wielding lunatics.pic.twitter.com/yqrZWFXPXF

This is what happens when a Trump supporter goes to a college campus. Leftists at @ohiou started a riot when @Joelpatrick1776 and I showed up, and the @oupolice let it happen. I think @realDonaldTrump should strip funding from universities like this that harbor terrorists. pic.twitter.com/5TMlfdto9O
