Hotel Faces Federal Lawsuit for Banning Christian Group

The Sonesta Nashville Hotel could be facing a federal lawsuit after they abruptly canceled reservations for an upcoming Christian conference.

HaYovel is a Christian ministry that brings volunteers from across the world to work in the vineyards of Israel. The ministry believes that God promised the land of Israel to the Jewish people.

Just days before the conference was scheduled to begin, officials with the Sonesta Nashville Hotel at the airport canceled all their reservations.

The hotel claimed that there were security concerns and they had received threats over the event.

First Liberty Institute is now representing the ministry. Attorney Hiram Sasser was a guest on my Newsmax television program. Watch the interview below and CLICK HERE TO BECOME A TODD STARNES SHOW SUPPORTER!

He says the Sonesta Hotel violated the constitution’s rules on religious discrimination in a place of public accommodation.

Might want to remember that the next time you decide to host a gathering at a Sonesta Hotel.

Should Sonesta Hotel be sued for cancelling the Christian ministry convention?
