The Spotify drama continues as more artists are threatening to leave over the refusal of the music service to ban the popular “Joe Rogan Experience” host from the platform.
Rogan has been accused of sharing “misinformation” on the coronavirus vaccine and treatments. Now, political figures are getting involved with the boycott. A report on Insider Business revealed that former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama might be leaving the popular app.
The article explained that the couple’s Spotify deal is coming up for renewal, and now that seems to be unstable in the wake of the Rogan controversy.

Their media company, Higher Ground Audio, features programs such as the Michelle Obama Podcast and Renegades: Born in the USA.
Now, with rumors that they will be pulling their services from Spotify, it’s possible they will join artists such as Neil Young in protesting the app’s support for Joe Rogan.
