Anyone Else Creeped Out By Walmart’s Ominous Parking Lot Announcements?

Walmart customers around the nation are posting videos of a creepy announcement being broadcast on a loop through surveillance units in store parking lots.

Customers have described it as dystopian, apocalyptic and reminiscent of “The Purge.”

“We know it can be a difficult time. and we are working hard to make every day life easier for you,” the announcer says. “As a reminder, we’ve adjusted our store hours to make it easier for associates to stock and perform enhanced cleaning and sanitizing across the store. Please remember to wash your hands often, stay home if you are sick and practice good social separation of at least six feet when possible. Loitering inside and outside the store is strictly prohibited. Thank you for choosing Walmart.”

“It’s the COVID19 warning,” one person noted.
