California Gov. Gavin Newsom – a Democrat – released a list of permissible outdoor activities for residents of the Golden State.
Provided you follow social distancing guidelines citizens will be now be permitted by the government to climb a tree, fly a kite and watch the sunset.
“We want you to see sunsets,” he told SFGate.com. “We want you to enjoy activities outdoors. What they don’t want is people congregating outside in large groups.”
How incredibly kind and generous of California’s dear leader.
I wonder if it’s legal to watch the sunset on a beach in Orange County?
“It’s okay to go outside to go for a walk, to exercise, and participate in healthy activities as long as you maintain a safe physical distance of six feet and gather only with members of your household,” the state said in a press release.

- Picnics (with your stay-home household members only)

- Rock Climbing
- Roller Skating and Roller Blading
- Rowing (singles)

- Skateboarding (not in groups)
