A person was arrested after driving a minivan into a Christmas parade in Hayden, Alabama prompting panic and screams from attendees Tuesday night, WVTM reports.
A band can be heard playing as the van drives into the front of the parade in the opposite direction, just weeks after the Waukesha parade attack that killed six and injured more than 60 people.
“Oh my God. Jesus Christ. Another one?” a witness said. Another commented: “They should stop the band.”
