The New York City Police Dept. is searching for Frank James. He is wanted in connection to today’s attack on a subway train in Brooklyn.
“This is Frank James. He is a person of interest in the shooting that took place on the N train in Brooklyn Tuesday morning. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call @NYPDTips at 1-800-577-TIPS,” the department wrote on its Twitter page.
At least 29 people were injured in the rush hour attack.
“A jammed Glock and two extended ammo magazines were later recovered at the scene — suggesting the gunman could have unleashed more mayhem if his weapon hadn’t malfunctioned,” law enforcement sources told The New York Post.
Police said that among the items recovered by cops at the scene were a 9 mm handgun, a hatchet, gasoline and “consumer-grade fireworks.”
