Black Lives Matter is calling on New Yorkers to physically attack white people. They are also calling on their supporters to burn down the city. The declaration of war came just moments after NYC subway hero Daniel Penny was cleared of all wrongdoing after he stopped a madman from killing women and children.
Jordan Neely, a homeless man with an extensive criminal record had threatened to kill passengers on the subway car. Penny put the madman in a chokehold — and Neely later died.
The judge dismissed the manslaughter charge Friday after jurors said they could not come to a unanimous decision. The jury could only consider the negligent homicide charge if Penny was cleared of manslaughter.
Word of the verdict came after jurors deliberated for more than 20 hours. Penny appeared to smile, as his attorneys hugged each other.
“We couldn’t be more pleased that a jury of Danny’s peers acquitted him of any wrongdoing. And now New Yorkers can take some comfort in knowing that we can continue to stand up for one another without sacrificing our rights or our freedoms,” his lawyers said in a statement.
CBS News New York’s Alice Gainer was inside the courtroom, where she reported chaos unfolded after the verdict was announced. Some cheered in support of Penny, while Neely’s father had to leave the room because he stood up and was heard swearing.
“People want to jump up and choke us and kill us for being loud? How about we do the same when they attempt to oppress us? I’m tired. We need some black vigilantes,” said BLM leader Hawk Newsome.
The co-founder of BLM New York cursed the white jurors on the case: “God d*mn them and God d*mn America.”
The great irony is that most of the people that Penny was protecting on the subway were minorities. And several men of color assisted the 26-year-old Marine veteran as they restrained Neely. One black man told police officers that Penny did the right thing.
Once President-elect Trump takes the oath of office, he should declare Black Lives Matter to be a terrorist organization. Their leaders and organizers should be rounded up and sent to prison.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the small business owners and the white citizens of the Big Apple. Be safe tonight. Watch your back! You are being hunted.
