DEVELOPING STORY: A manhunt is underway right now in Houston after three police officers were shot by multiple suspects. Video obtained by ABC News in Houston shows the officers engaging the suspects in the middle of a neighborhood street — in broad daylight. There’s no word on the conditions of the wounded officers.
