DEVELOPING STORY: After more than eight hours of deliberation, the jury deciding the fate of Kyle Rittenhouse has not reached a verdict. It’s not clear what the hold-up might be — seeing how video evidence presented at the trial clearly shows that Rittenhouse was attacked by all three of the men he shot. And the prosecution’s star witness admitted that he had a gun pointed at Rittenhouse’s head when he was shot in the arm.
Kenosha Circuit Judge Bruce Schroder told jurors they are not to talk to anyone about the case, even to each other until all twelve reconvene in jury jury room Wednesday morning.
Jurors will return to the courthouse and continue deliberating at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
