A group of pro-abortion protesters blocked the entrance to the Basilica of Saint Patrick’s Old Cathedral in lower Manhattan days after a U.S. Supreme Court draft opinion leaked that signaled the Court will overturn Roe v. Wade.
“Blocking the entrances to churches and disrupting services is a hate crime,” said nationally-syndicated radio host Todd Starnes. “If the pro-abortion terrorists had done that to mosques, the Biden Justice Department would’ve already arrested and thrown in jail.”
The pro-abortion radicals were reportedly singing and chanting, “Thank God for abortion,” as they blocked the church’s entrance.

Republican lawmakers and Christian conservative leaders have been calling on the Biden Administration to condemn the attacks.
“An attack on any church is an attack on the entire faith community, and represents anti-Christian bigotry that is a cancer on the body politic,” said Ralph Reed, founder of the powerful Faith and Freedom Coalition. “The attempt to bully and stigmatize evangelical Christians and Roman Catholics for their deeply held moral beliefs is reminiscent of some of the ugliest chapters in the history of our country.”
Reed continued, “I believe that Christians will not to be intimidated and will attend worship services this Mother’s Day in record numbers to celebrate motherhood, life, and faith. I call on Attorney General Garland and the Justice Department to take whatever steps are necessary to defend churches and ministries from all threats of harassment, vandalism and violence.”
