A British military veteran was arrested because he retweeted a photo of the LGBT pride flags arranged to form a Nazi Swastika.  Click here to join Todd’s private Facebook page for conservatives.

Hampshire Police say the social media post, which you can see below, caused “anxiety” among an unnamed person.

Meme Mr. Brady Shared on Twitter

The Daily Mail identified the man who was arrested as Darren Brady. His arrest was captured on video, which you can see below.

Police told Brady that he could avoid jail and possible hate crime charges if he would agree to attend a re-education seminar. The Army veteran declined.

Should people be allowed to criticize LGBT activists?

Former police officer Harry Miller was also arrested after he tried to stop law enforcement from handcuffing Brady.

“Hampshire Police showed a blatant disregard of the law. They approached Mr Brady and acted as summary judge, jury and executioner – but didn’t know what offence he’d actually committed. They said he was being arrested for causing anxiety, which is utterly ridiculous,” he told the Daily Mail.

Mr. Brady accused police of “impeding his right to free speech.”

He was placed in handcuffs and removed from his home.

Darren Brady, 51, has slammed Hampshire Police for ‘impeding his right to free speech’ after he was placed into handcuffs on Friday at his home in Aldershot for sharing a meme.

In the video, shot on a mobile phone, Mr Brady can be heard asking the three police officers: ‘Why am I in cuffs?’

One officer responds: ‘It didn’t have to come to this at all.’

Mr Brady replied: ‘Tell us why you escalated it to this level because I don’t understand.’

The officer adds: ‘Someone has been caused anxiety based on your social media post. That is why you have been arrested.’

In a separate video, Mr Miller is led to a marked police van in handcuffs and before he is taken inside, a cop asks: ‘Have you got anything on you that could harm me or you?’

Mr Miller instantly replies: ‘Just my razor sharp wit and knowledge of the law.’

Police Commissioner Donna Jones blasted the military veteran’s arrest.

“I am concerned about both the proportionality and necessity of the police’s response to this incident. When incidents on social media receive not one but two visits from police officers, but burglaries and non-domestic break-ins don’t always get a police response, something is wrong,” she said in a statement.

I warned people in my book, “Culture Jihad: How to Stop the Left From Killing a Nation,” that one day people would be arrested for not supporting the LGBT movement. I warned people that anyone who believes marriage is between one man and one woman would be classified as hetero-supremacists. And that the Bible would one day be categorized as hate. I’m afraid that day has come.
