DEVELOPING STORY: Police say a number of people were shot Tuesday night at Morgan State University in Baltimore. There are reports the gunman opened fire from a dorm room window. There are also reports of two separate shooting scenes. It’s unclear whether there is more than one gunman. Students have been told to shelter in place.
