DEVELOPING STORY: Multiple people were shot on Interstate 59 in Birmingham, Alabama, according to the Birmingham Police Dept. The entire interstate has been shut down causing massive backups and delays during rush hour. Eyewitnesses said masked men were firing into occupied vehicles on the interstate, the Birmingham News reports. The entire interstate has been cordoned off as a crime scene.
