Burlington, the place where generations of moms purchased coats for their children, openly discriminates against white men.
The department store chain released its “Corporate Social Responsibility Report” and the information is jaw-dropping. They admitted that new hires were mostly minorities — and it was intentional. 81 percent of new hires were minorities while only 19 percent were white.

Burlington also boasted about promoting more women than men and more black women than white men. 77 percent to 23 percent and 71 percent to 29 percent.
I have to imagine that diversity, equity and inclusion policies like this are being implemented at companies across the nation. If that’s the case, where are white guys supposed to find gainful employment?
Burlington also doubled down on its policies allowed men to share dressing facilities with little girls.
“Burlington associates and customers are permitted to use restrooms and fitting/locker rooms that align with their gender identity,” read a notice obtained by Libs of TikTok. “Neither associates nor customers are required to provide any medical or legal documentation of their gender identity in order to access restrooms and fitting/locker rooms that align with their gender identity.”
Burlington said if a female customer has a problem with a grown man in the ladies room, they should wait for the transgender person to leave.
In other words, Burlington allows perverts and predators to prowl around in their dressing rooms. Find another place to buy your coats, America. Click here to read Todd’s new book, “Twilight’s Last Gleaming: Can America Be Saved?”
Burlington @Burlington boasts on their site that they discriminated against White men in their hiring practices and also specifically promoted Black people and women.
