Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has earned a reputation as a man who is unafraid to take on the Leftist mob.

He took on the woke executives at Walt Disney World. He cracked down on illegal aliens. And he’s declared war on public schools that are teaching critical race theory.
DeSantis stood tall when other Republican leaders cut and run.
And now – he’s going after far-left prosecutors who are refusing to enforce laws on abortion and child sex change surgeries.
DeSantis announced that he has suspended State Attorney Andrew Warren.
“We are suspending Soros-backed 13th circuit state attorney Andrew Warren for neglecting his duties as he pledges not to uphold the laws of the state,” DeSantis’ office said in a statement.
Warren is a Soros-backed Democrat – accused of neglecting his duties by pledging not to uphold the laws of Florida.
“We are not going to allow this pathogen of ignoring the law get a foothold in the state of Florida,” the governor said.
Most recently, Warren announced that he would not be enforcing the state’s laws regarding abortion.
“Not criminalizing a decision that mothers make with her families with her doctors enforcing arbitrary bans on abortion enforcing a law that doesn’t actually promote public safety is something that prosecutors should not be doing,” Warren said at the time.

Warren has been a frequent critic of the governor. And local law enforcement has long been at odds with the state attorney.
“Andrew Warren is a fraud,” former Tampa police Chief Brian Dugan said. “This is a terrible day, that the governor had to come and clean up our mess.”
The governor’s office warned Americans that the liberal media would suffer a meltdown over the suspension — and no doubt they will.
“This isn’t about abortion or any one thing, it’s about having accountability to our system of law and order to prosecute crime. There has been a pattern developing in Hillsborough County where one person picks and chooses which laws he wishes to enforce,” his office stated.
The Left is not accustomed to Republicans fighting back. Something that would not have happened had former President Trump not demonstrated to the Grand Old Party that not only can you fight back — but you must.
