Perhaps the most despicable portion of the video, which was publicized by police, is the reaction of the crowd around Larry Conor, the 55-year-old man, while he lies on the ground motionless.
“He sleep! He sleep! (sic),” Keonte Jones, 28, yells, shortly after the accident. Jones appears to laugh uncontrollably for most of the 10-minute video while a few people try to render aid to Conor. Eventually, while Conor appears to be semi-conscious, Jones says, “Here, here, take your $6.”
Jones flashes the $6 throughout the video and continued, “That (expletive) landed on his neck! Look at him. Look at him!”
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said Wednesday that Jones took to Facebook to Livestream the incident that occurred on June 20. He was arrested on Tuesday for felony Willful Disregard of a Person’s Safety.

Police said that while Conor lay dying, the group looked on and laughed. Jones even urged onlookers not to call for an ambulance. Conor was eventually taken to a hospital where he died days later from the spinal injury. His family said that he suffered from a mental illness.
The Las Vegas Sun reported that his sister, who was not identified, said her brother asked her recently to take him from the city. She posted on Facebook that she hated that she could not. A GoFundMe page was set up that said her brother was going to use the $6 to buy food.
The sister spoke to News3LV.com and said that Conor was loved by his family and called out the people in the video seen laughing while her brother was dying.

“How can you not have human compassion and compassion for another human being?” she asked.
The paper reported that Jones has posted bail, according to court records.
