DEVELOPING STORY: The FBI authorized lethal force during its pre-dawn, guns-drawn raid on Mar-a-Lago, according to newly unsealed government documents. It was first reported by investigative journalist Julie Kelly.
“Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary,” the document stated.
President Trump wrote on Truth Social that he “was shown Reports that Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ, in their Illegal and UnConstitutional Raid of Mar-a-Lago, AUTHORIZED THE FBI TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE. NOW WE KNOW, FOR SURE, THAT JOE BIDEN IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO DEMOCRACY. HE IS MENTALLY UNFIT TO HOLD OFFICE — 25TH AMENDMENT!”
Newsweek reports agents at the scene of the raid were instructed to wear unmarked polo or collared shirts, and had planned to bring “standard issue weapons, ammo, handcuffs and medium and large sized bolt cutters.”
Kelly and other journalists were stunned by that news.
“Armed FBI agents were preparing to confront Trump and even engage Secret Service if necessary,” Kelly wrote on X. “They were going to go door to door to terrorize MAL guests and even pick the locks. Gestapo.”
The Biden Administration’s Justice Dept. literally signed off on a plan that could have led to the assassinations of President Trump, the First Lady and their teenage son. All of them could have been killed during the pre-dawn, guns-drawn raid.
The FBI even had protocols in place to handle a mass casualty incident at Mar-a-Lago and they also had a medic on hand during the unprecedented raid on the home of a former U.S. president.
