DEVELOPING STORY: Police say a motorist plowed through a group of people waiting at a bus stop in the border town of Brownsville, Texas. At least seven people are dead and as many as six people were injured. The crash happened near a shelter for illegal aliens. Police suspect the driver may have been drunk.
