DEVELOPING STORY: A gunman opened fire Sunday evening in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Video, which you can watch below, shows beachgoers running away as someone opened fire. The incident happened in the downtown area. Police have asked residents to shelter in place, calling it an “active shooter situation.” First Coast News reports at least one person was killed.
