DEVELOPING STORY: At least five people were shot Sunday night during a Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans. Police say one of the wounded parade goers is a child. The shooting happened on St. Charles Avenue during the Bacchus parade. The parade was halted. Police say the gunman was apprehended and two guns were recovered from the scene.
