Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, a Republican, vetoed a bill Friday that would have banned transgender athletes from competing against girls. The bill would have also banned medical mutilation surgeries on children.
Gov. DeWine “is a spineless coward that needs to be removed from office,” said former NCAA swimmer and women’s advocate Riley Gaines.

The legislation would have required public K-12 schools and universities to designate separate teams for male and female sexes, and explicitly banned transgender girls and women from participating in sports that align with their gender identity, the Associated Press reported.
“Supporters argued that banning transgender athletes from girls and women’s sports maintains the integrity of those sports and ensures fairness,” the AP reported.
The nation is in the throes of a dangerous sex and gender war. Male and female are become archaic notions. Instead – the Alphabet Activists have created a long list of gender variations.

DeWine had a chance to stand on the right side of history by signing a bill that would have banned the monstrous surgeries.
He sided with transgender activists – who believe small children should be scarred for life.
This is a time for choosing – and Governor DeWine chose the wrong side.
We are watching the very fabric of the American family unravel as we become some sort of genderless society.
Ultimately, the transgender movement is an attack on the foundations of the Holy Bible. In the beginning, God created male and female. That’s what Scriptures tell us. But the transgender movement is telling us that God made a mistake.
And the God who made me – doesn’t make mistakes.
The Republican Party of Mike DeWine is a feckless, depraved collection of spineless lawmakers without any moral center. Cowards all. This party in its current iteration cannot be salvaged. Nor should it be.
