DEVELOPING STORY: A number of pro-Hamas demonstrators have glued themselves to the street – disrupting the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. About 30 protesters, who were wearing white jumpsuits smeared in fake blood, staged disruptions at three locations along the parade route.
Television station WABC reports the protest broke out at Sixth Avenue at West 45th Street at about 10 a.m., 90 minutes after the 97th annual parade began.
The crowd booed and heckled the antisemites as police removed them from the street.
