Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib – the radical Democrat from Michigan is calling for police departments to be disbanded – shut down.
Tlaib says policing in America is intentionally racist. Offering her anti-cop screed in the aftermath of the Daunte Wright shooting in Minnesota.

“It wasn’t an accident. Policing in our country is inherently & intentionally racist. Daunte Wright was met with aggression & violence. I am done with those who condone government funded murder. No more policing, incarceration, and militarization. It can’t be reformed,” the congresswoman tweeted.
She says no more policing and no more incarceration. In other words lawlessness. Anarchy.
Memphis, Tennessee knows something about that.
Memphis is now one of the deadliest cities in America. Hundreds of murders. Snipers on the interstate. It’s a literal war zone.
One reason why is the police department is understaffed by more than 500 officers.
Instead of adding more officers, Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland has introduced an outrageous program called “The Group Violence Intervention Program.”
“It’s worked in other cities and it’s an intense interaction with those people who are in a life of crime or thinking of getting in a life of crime,” Strickland told television station WREG.
He basically wants to give people an incentive not to shoot people or carjack motorists.
“We’ll send a caseworker in and talk to that person in the hospital and say, ‘Hey, you need to put this behind you and we’ll help you,” Strickland told the television station. “We’ll help you find a place to live, pay some bills and get some job training, get a job, we’ve done it before. Now if you don’t and if you don’t do that, you don’t want to get on the right path you’re either going to die or you’re going to spend time in jail.”
Back when I was growing up in Memphis we had an old-school violence intervention program. It was called “daddy’s belt.”
Memphis is a city controlled by progressive Democrats who refuse to provide the police the resources they need to protect civilians.
Instead the City Council wanted to rename a major street in honor of Black Lives Matter.
But based on their dismissal of the police department — it’s clear to me — nobody’s life matters.
