The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial dismissed a count of possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18 Monday.
Judge Bruce Schroeder dismissed the misdemeanor charge prior to closing arguments.
National radio host Todd Starnes said Rittenhouse “should be acquitted of all charges.”
