Gunfire broke out during a violent protest in Louisville, Kentucky on Thursday night. At least a dozen shots could be heard during a live television report.
Ryan Van Velzer, a reporter for television station WFPL, was an eyewitness to the carnage.
“Just watched two men shot right in front of me,” he wrote on Twitter.
