The day after the brutal attack of a North Carolina pregnancy resource center, the clinic’s executive director, Kristi Brown, told Fox News host Laura Ingraham, “we will not back down.”
On Tuesday morning, the staff of Mountain Area Pregnancy Services in Asheville, North Carolina found their clinic ransacked by pro abortion extremists.
Even though when the staff arrived on Tuesday the clinic’s windows were broken and hateful messages were sprayed in graffiti all over the building, the clinic reopened like they would any other morning and continued to treat women in need.
“We continued today to provide services to a full day of clients,” Brown said. “We will rebuild and improve and continue doing what we do.”
“Our first thought this morning was our clients,” she added.
The messages sprayed in red paint at the entrance and on the side of the building were designed to threaten women seeking refuge inside.
“If abortions aren’t safe, neither are you,” was written at the entrance with the symbol of an anarchist group, according to Ingraham.
The anarchist group recently released a proclamation entitled “Janes Revenge – Night of Rage” which said, “We need to get angry. We need to express this madness fully and with ferocity. We need to quit containing ourselves… The next step is carrying that anger into the world and expressing it physically.”
This act of terrorism comes in the wake of a leaked draft opinion from the Supreme Court that signals to the impending overturn of Roe v. Wade.
