The Left has turned San Francisco into a third-world hell-hole.
A thug rode his bicycle into a Walgreens and filled an entire garbage bag with merchandise. A security guard stood by and did nothing.
I have no doubt that the bad guy was well aware that he would not be charged with a crime in San Francisco. That’s because of a ballot referendum that downgraded theft of property less than $950 from a felony charge to a misdemeanor.
And then these same communities will scream about racism when Walgreens and other stores shut down because of the non-stop shoplifting.
