WAR ZONE: Chicago Police Attacked by Rampaging Mob, Shots Fired

Chicago Police came under fire from at least one armed rioter during violent riots that rocked the nation’s third largest city. Officers were not injured hit by gunfire.

However, there are reports of at least 13 officers being injured by rocks, bricks, and slabs of concrete.
