A man wearing a face mask and a badge identifying himself as a vaccinated American stalked a woman inside a Target. Video posted on social media did not indicate where the stalking incident happened.
“Stop following me,” the female shopper demanded as other shoppers came to her defense. “Publicly shaming me.”

It’s all of our job as a community to come together and make sure people are shamed,” the man said. “You’re a bad American. You’re a bad person.”
