Franklin Graham is warning Christians to beware of false teachers.
The famed evangelist speaking out after a minister at Trinity College in Great Britain asserted that Jesus is transgender.
“To insinuate that Jesus Christ, the Holy Son of God, is transgender or to sexualize in any way His sacrificial death on the Cross for the sins of mankind is utter heresy,” Graham said.
Joshua Heath is facing global outrage for the sermon he delivered at the school — also likening the pierced side of our Lord to a part of the female anatomy.
“In Christ’s simultaneously masculine and feminine body in these works, if the body of Christ as these works suggest the body of all bodies, then his body is also the trans body,” Heath said.
It was heinous and Franklin Graham says it is also heresy.
A number of parishioners fled the church in tears. Others were angry. And rightfully so.

“The Bible warns us about false teachers,” said Graham. “This speaker and the dean at the University of Cambridge who defended him, are false teachers, preaching heresy. People don’t need messages from the pulpit that are trying to interpret art like this speaker was—people need the truth of the Word of God that has the power of God to change hearts and lives for eternity.”
A spokesperson for the school described the sermon as an exploration of religious art “in the spirit of thought-provoking academic inquiry, and in keeping with open debate and dialogue at the University of Cambridge.”
It’s part of an effort to feminize our Lord. ABC’s The View recently announced that Jesus would be the grand marshal at a gay pride parade.
Again — these people are not Christians. They are heretics. And should be treated as such.
