Lauren Green

Is God Just a Distant Concept? Fox News Religion Correspondent Lauren Green explores the possible real, tangible relationship with our Creator.

In a world so drenched in the will of human desire, how do we live joyfully under God and make Him a living reality? The purpose of a lighthouse is to illuminate the way to freedom, to help us navigate through the storms. Her book, Lighthouse Faith, takes the reader on a unique journey of spiritual discovery in how we can move towards not only a deeper relationship with God but an understanding of what makes that possible.

Green uses her journalistic insight and her extensive study of theology to gather knowledge from some of the leading minds in the world of Christianity including: Timothy Keller, William Lane Craig, John Piper, Amy Beckham and many more.

Through these conversations and in exploring the heart of the Christian doctrine, Lighthouse Faith will serve as a guide to discover how to experience God as an interactive hands-on presence. Green hopes that we will begin perceive God as an objective reality – a caring and loving being, rather than a remote ideology of rules and regulations.

Green currently services as the Fox News chief religion correspondent based in the New York bureau. Prior to joining FNC in 1996, she served as weekend news anchor and corresponded at WBBM-TV in Chicago and a general assignment reporter at KSTP in St. Paul, Minnesota.
