Is Alec Baldwin guilty?
The lawsuit claims Alec Baldwin “recklessly shot and killed” Hutchins on the set of Rust last year.
Tuesday’s lawsuit, filed in New Mexico on behalf of Hutchin’s son and husband, is the first one that is directly tied to Hutchins, according to a Breitbart report.
During the news conference, lawyers played a graphic, animated re-enactment of the shooting.
