A few years ago Food City produced an incredibly moving television commercial celebrating the United States Armed Forces.
“At Food City, we honor those people that serve and protect our country, and we know that without the men and women who watch out for us, we would not have any of the luxuries we do. We are the land of the free because of the brave and we salute you,” they wrote on the company’s YouTube channel.
It is by my estimation one of the most beautiful and patriotic Independence Day commercials I’ve seen.
I’m not sure where you buy your groceries at — but if I lived in the Southern states — Food City would be my choice.
