Fox News Channel has parted ways with its most popular host, Tucker Carlson.
“Fox News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways,” Fox said in a statement. “We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.”
His last show was Friday. Dan Bongino parted ways with Fox last week. Both Carlson’s and Bongino’s exit comes after Fox’s $787 million settlement in Dominion Voting Systems defamation suit.
The news comes days after Carlson accused the Left of supporting “child sacrifice” and “evil” in a speech to the Heritage Foundation.

Carlson said none of the debates today make sense from a political perspective.
“If you have people who are saying, ‘I have an idea, let’s castrate the next generation. Let’s sexually mutilate children.’ I’m sorry that’s not a political debate. What? That has nothing to do with politics. What’s the outcome here? An androgynous population? Are we arguing for that?” Carlson asked.
He also pointed to the abortion debate.
“If you’re telling me that abortion is a positive good, what are you saying? Well, you’re arguing for child sacrifice. Obviously,” Carlson said.
When the Treasury Secretary stands up and says, ‘You know what you can do to help the economy? Get an abortion. Well, that’s like an Aztec principle, actually. There’s not a society in human history that didn’t practice child sacrifice. Not one,” he added.
Carlson said child sacrifice is a “theological phenomenon.”
“What you’re watching is not a political movement,” he concluded. “It’s evil.”
