CNN medical guest Arthur Caplan, a New York University professor of medical ethics, said it’s time unvaccinated Americans “pay more” for medical bills.
John Berman, CNN host, asked, “Why should anyone who is boosted bother at this point to do anything that makes the unvaccinated more safe?”
Caplan said everyone needs to do the “right thing” to end COVID, but called out those who haven’t received a jab.

“I’ll condemn them. I’ll shame them. I’m blame them,” Caplan said. “We can penalize them more. We can say you will have to pay more on your hospital bill. You can’t get life insurance, disability insurance at affordable rates if you aren’t vaccinated.”
