Watch as Howard Kurtz, a Fox News Channel host says “it is true that critical race theory as narrowly defined is not taught in Virginia public schools.” Mr. Kurtz, a former CNN journalist, is either intentionally misleading his viewers or he is woefully ignorant of the truth.
