Registered Democrat and ex-Fox News Channel host Chris Wallace is reportedly “having daily breakdowns” over the “miserable launch” of @CNNplus, according to an exclusive report from Jon Nicosia, the president of News Cycle Media and a former managing editor at Mediaite.
Nicosia says his sources are alleging that Wallace wants a “CNN show or is threatening to walk.” They go on, “He is having staffers count how many times a day his promo is playing.”
“He’s telling anyone that will listen he wants Cuomo’s old time slot,” Nicosia’s source allegedly said.
Chris “Fredo” Cuomo was forced out of CNN over his role in his brother’s sex scandals.
Wallace should’ve stayed at Fox News Channel — where at least he had an audience that hated him. Now, he’s got nobody to hate him — because CNN has no audience.
