Fox News Channel was the last to call the Virginia race for Republican Governor-Elect Glenn Youngkin, hours after Newsmax and other election experts.
CNN, the New York Times, Politico, ABC, NBC, and CBS all called Youngkin’s victory over Democrat Terry McAuliffe before Fox, whose decision desk has been criticized since the 2020 presidential election.
National radio host Todd Starnes called out Fox and others for not calling the race after Newsmax.
“When your cable television network still hasn’t called the Virginia gubernatorial race, there’s a pretty good chance your decision desk is controlled by leftists,” the Todd Starnes Radio Show host tweeted.
