Former President Trump announced his return to social media in a new post on Thursday.

“I’m back! #COVFEFE,” Trump wrote in his first Truth Social post since the launch of his app.
He referenced “covfefe” from a previous tweet he made as a president that left many wondering what he meant in an apparent error.
Trump added an image of himself on his phone at a golf course which appears to be Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

After Elon Musk successfully bought Twitter this week, many were excited to see Trump’s return.
Trump, however, told Fox News he would not return to that social media platform, but will stay on his new app, Truth Social.
Musk suggested that Trump should’ve named his app, “Trumpet,” in a tweet this week.
