After leaving Fox News in protest, Never Trumper Jonah Goldberg is joining CNN as a contributor, WarnerMedia told Variety Monday.

The outlet reports that Goldberg, a National Review contributing editor, “will appear on CNN programs as news networks gear up for the 2022 midterm elections.”
Goldberg resigned from Fox last year in protest over Tucker Carlson’s January 6 documentary with fellow Never Trumper Stephen Hayes. The two founded The Dispatch together.

Now Hayes is an NBC News contributor and political analyst where he will make regular appearances on “Today,” “Meet the Press with Chuck Todd,” and “NBC News NOW,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
CNN had to name new leadership after Jeff Zucker resigned in disgrace last week allegedly for not disclosing a workplace relationship with another executive.
The network has been plagued with scandals over the last year.
