“Sound of Freedom” star Jim Caviezel praised former President Trump on social media.
“The Passion of the Christ” actor tweeted his praise for the 2024 Republican presidential frontrunner after screening the anti-child trafficking film at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in New Jersey.
“President Trump is going to save Children the likes of which you have never seen!” Caviezel wrote. “You might even say he is the new Moses telling Pharaoh (World Cabal) to let the children Go Free!”
He added, “Mr. President … You are the ‘New’ Moses!…. but I’m still Jesus ;)”
Caviezel, who portrays real-life Tim Ballard rescuing trafficked children in “Sound of Freedom, reiterated his comments the next day on Fox News.
The popular actor told “Fox & Friends” host Brian Kilmeade more needs to be done on child trafficking.
“We have to do a lot more, and we got to start with Donald Trump,” Caviezel said.
When Kilmeade asked him to elaborate, Caviezel responded, “Well, he’s got to be in there because he’s going to go after the traffickers.”
Kilmeade was unaware of Trump watching the film with Caviezel, Ballard, and Mexican filmmaker Eduardo Verastegui the night before.

“This is the new Moses,” he said of Trump. “I mean, I’m still Jesus, but he’s the new Moses. Pharoah, let my children go free.”
Trump released a video about his plan on “stopping child trafficking” Friday.
“When I’m back in the White House,” Trump said, “I will immediately end the Biden border nightmare that traffickers are using to exploit vulnerable women and children. We will fully secure the border. I will wage war on the cartels just as I destroyed the ISIS caliphate, 100% gone, 100% destroyed. They’ll come back now because we have a weak administration.”
“I will use Title 42 to end the child trafficking crisis by returning all trafficked children to their families in their home countries and without delay, and I will urge Congress to ensure that anyone caught trafficking children across our border receives the death penalty immediately and that includes also for women, because women as you know are number one in trafficking. Children are actually number two,” Trump continued.

Caviezel received flack from supporters of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who has dropped in the polls recently.
“And with one tweet, you managed to completely take the attention off an important issue and create a blasphemous circus. Bravo,” one DeSantis 2024 supporter tweeted.
Another added, “This is beyond blasphemous- Trump cares nothing for children – his own policies caused the deaths and loss of decades of learning in thousands of children…hardly Moses like.”
