DEVELOPING STORY: A tornado emergency was declared across parts of Missouri and Illinois tonight after a series of monster twisters tore through the region. The debris ball in Chester, Illinois was reportedly three-miles long. Television station KMOV reports the fire house was destroyed along with a number of homes. There are also reports of trapped citizens and destroyed buildings in St. Mary.
