MSNBC has a new name and a new logo.
It’s all part of a corporate spinoff from Comcast. Most of the cable channels that were part of NBCUniversal TV are now part of a new company called Versant.
As part of the agreement – the MSNBC will no longer be able to use the NBC brand and the Peacock logo.
The new name – MS Now. They named their far-left news channel after a disease.

Rebecca Kutler is the president of MS Now and she says the new name is meant to “reflect the channel’s missions to provide breaking news and best-in-class opinion journalism.”
“I want to acknowledge that for many of you who have spent years or decades here, it is hard to imagine the network by any other name,” Kutler said. “This was not a decision that was made quickly or without significant debate.”
How bad was their brand that not even NBC News wanted any part of Rachel Maddow or Al Sharpton?
Astute Newsmax viewers have noted that the American flag logo they selected looks very much like the letter “P.” As in PMS NOW.
Which could explain why their anchor always seem to be in a bad mood.
