Ohio State Rep. Tavia Galonski wants President Trump to be tried for “crimes against humanity” by the International Criminal Court.
Galonski is infuriated that the president has suggested that hydroxychloroquine is showing promise in the fight against the Chinese virus.
The drug, normally used to treat malaria, is one of several that the president has referenced during the coronavirus task force meetings.
“I can’t take it anymore. I’ve been to The Hague. I’m making a referral for crimes against humanity tomorrow,” Galonski said. “Today’s press conference was the last straw. I know the need for a prosecution referral when I see one.”
She also accused Republicans of aiding and abetting. So what, exactly, is Ms. Galonski suggesting? Does she want every Republican lawmaker in the country dragged out of their homes in chains and put on trial before a world court?

It turns out Ms. Galonski is not the brightest bulb in the lamp, as we say back in Tennessee.
The Ohio Capital Journal asked how she planned to pursue charges against the leader of the free world.
“I honestly have no idea,” Galonski replied. “But how hard can it be?”
