Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) appeared to be confused during his swearing-in with Vice President Kamala Harris on the Hill.

The New York Times wrote a glowing review of Fetterman’s new suit he wore for the big occasion.
His suit “may have been the biggest political fashion statement of the incoming class,” Vanessa Friedman wrote for the Times.
