There was a big state dinner at the White House Thursday night. And let’s just say President Biden got a bit too close to the wife of French President Macron.
Video, which you can see below, shows Biden rubbing his hand along her lower back — for an extended and awkward amount of time.
It’s behavior, quite frankly, that one would expect from a Frenchman, not an American president.
